Mining development from old times to modern days

Mining is referred to as the extraction from valuable minerals or other geological materials form earth. Mining is acquired from an ore body, vein or coal seam. Materials covering base metals, precious metals, iron, uranium, coal, diamonds, limestone, oil shale and so on are from mining.

Except for materials by gowning through agricultural processes and creating by hand made in a laboratory or factory, the rest is usually mined. Mining is an important way to get materials. In a wider sense, mining is composed by extraction of non-renewable resource such as petroleum, natural gas, or even water. We owe a lot to people doing mining for it is impossible for people to live if without the materials including water getting from mining.

It is difficult to make the wild guess at the time when mining has started. It has been said that mining of stone and metal has been done since pre-historic times.
